1. Scope of the Terms of Purchase

When you complete a purchase, you accept these Terms of Purchase as well as the terms and conditions referred to in this document.

See Tåg i Bergslagen’s Travel Conditions.

If you purchase a journey with another operator through Tåg i Bergslagen’s sales channel, that operator’s travel conditions apply. If you purchase a Resplus journey (Resplus ticket) involving different operators, each operator’s travel conditions apply to the relevant leg of the journey. In addition, for Resplus there is an Arrival Guarantee offered through Resplus’ travel conditions; see Resplus’ terms and conditions of travel.

When you purchase a journey or an additional service with another operator through Tåg i Bergslagen, we act only as a sales agent and thus has no responsibility for the performance of these transports or additional services.

2. Purchase of journey

When you purchase a journey or an additional service from Tåg i Bergslagen, you as the customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is correct. It is therefore important that you check the details in the order before completing the purchase.

You must have a valid ticket throughout the journey. Tickets cannot be purchased on board Tåg i Bergslagen trains. 4. Tickets

A single ticket purchased from tagibergslagen.se is delivered as a PDF file and can be displayed in a web browser, shown on a screen as an email attachment, or printed on paper. Receipts are delivered digitally as an email attachment.

A ticket displayed on a mobile phone, computer or other device must be electronically readable by Tåg i Bergslagen personnel on board the train. If the ticket cannot be read from your device, you must be able to present it in another way. You are personally responsible for ensuring that the device works and has sufficient battery power during the entire journey since a ticket inspection may take place at any time during the journey.

If you use a printed PDF ticket, you are responsible for ensuring that it is printed in a format in which the code is clearly legible and for keeping the ticket in a way that preserves the quality of the printout.

A personal ticket is valid only for the person whose name appears on the ticket. The ticket must be presented on the train together with valid identification. Without valid identification, you may be considered not to have a valid ticket.

Valid identifications include all passports, Swedish identity documents, LMA cards issued by the Swedish Migration Agency, and national identity cards issued within the EU. Accompanying children do not need to show identification except where the child’s age needs to be verified.

A personal ticket may not be transferred or sold to another person.

If you have lost the ticket sent by email and have your order number, you can retrieve a new ticket via tagibergslagen.se by logging in to your account or by using your order number and email address. If you have also lost your order number, you can contact Tåg i Bergslagen Customer Service to obtain a new ticket.

A Tåg i Bergslagen single ticket is valid for a specific departure with Tåg i Bergslagen. If the departure is cancelled or replaced by bus, the ticket is also valid on the designated replacement service.
